Employer Convos -- Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE) System

​Two hours with other Maryland employers, talking about hiring and the tools the state offers to support it.

​We are taking a hard look at the technology behind the workforce system, starting with Maryland's Workforce Exchange (MWE), the state system behind job postings, résumés, and workforce program tracking. Part of this is listening to what you have to say as employers, whether or not MWE is part of how you hire.

​We're holding an in-person conversation on Monday, August 31, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM at Fearless HQ in Baltimore (Power Plant Live).

​Nothing to prepare. Just come ready to talk about your own experience.

​These sessions have a focus on MWE, but you don't have to be an active user to contribute. If you've never logged in, that's worth hearing too, we want to hear about how your own workflows happen.
