Embodying Spring
By the time we meet for this session, the spring equinox will be almost a month behind us. As spring continues to open around us, I'd love to explore this question together:
What does spring feel like in your body?
Maybe you already know: you feel the season shift in your bones before the calendar changes, and you want to deepen this connection.
Maybe you're curious: wondering what it might feel like to actually sync with seasonal rhythms through your body, not just your mind.
Wherever you are, you're welcome here.
What this practice offers
Through gentle movement, creative expression, and guided reflection, we'll explore what your body already knows about spring's rhythms.
This isn't about fixing what's wrong. It's about discovering what's already known.
In this intimate virtual gathering, you'll:
Explore spring through your body's knowing - not through concepts, but through felt experience (a bottom-up approach)
Move with the rhythms of spring - discovering what these mean for you personally
Create a visual expression of your seasonal wisdom (no art experience needed)
Find permission to trust what your body has been telling you
Who this is for
This practice welcomes you whether you:
✨ Love embodied experiences and want more ways to explore your connection with seasonal cycles
✨ Are curious about what it might feel like to be more synced with nature's rhythms through your body
✨ Struggle with the transition of seasons and you're ready to consider that your body's signals might be wisdom
No previous experience with somatic work, movement, or art needed. Your body already knows how to do this, we're simply creating space for that knowing to emerge.

Your facilitator
Hi, I'm Tami, Somatic coach from The Knowing Well. I create safe, warm containers for somatic exploration where you can reconnect with your body's wisdom at your own pace. Through my training in trauma-informed Mind-Body, Somatic Stress Release, breath work and movement, and nervous system neurobiology, I support people in building capacity to trust what their bodies already know.

Important notes
Arriving: The Zoom wait room will open 15 minutes before our start time. As I'll be both facilitating and managing the tech myself, please plan to arrive on time, as I won't be able to admit latecomers once we've begun our practice together.
Confidentiality: Due to the nature of the event and to provide a safe space for sharing, events are rarely recorded. If attendees collectively agreed to be recorded, a recording of the event will only be available for those who attended the event live.
Choice: You have complete choice throughout the practice. Take what serves you, modify anything that doesn't feel right, and trust your own timing.
Scope: This practice is not therapy and doesn't substitute for mental health care. We're exploring embodiment and body wisdom, not treating or diagnosing anything.
