That's no coincidence: scent is the most direct path to memory, emotion and inner calm.
In the Scent Experience, you'll learn to use that path consciously, and at the end, you'll create your own scent, tuned to whatever you need right now: calm, focus, activation or grounding.

About me
I'm Elena, and I work with our oldest biohacking tool - the nose.
I came to scent through a point of complete exhaustion, and realized that my sense of smell was my fastest way back to myself. My expertise combines training in Aroma Science and Aroma Psychology at the Tisserand Institute.
You don't need any prior knowledge or anything to bring, just the curiosity to meet your oldest sense consciously for the first time.
