Gentle Drainage: Herbal Lymphatic Support Workshop
โ๐คฒ๐พ ๐ The lymphatic system is a vast and vital network of vessels, nodes & organs that, oftentimes, requires our support to move through bodily stagnation.
โJoin us in an educational offering that explores ways that we can support lymphatic drainage and circulation through herbal support and hands on massage techniques. Participants will have the option to craft their own herbal lymphatic support tea blend and infused oil to continue their practice at home.
โCome prepared to learn, move stagnation, and deepen your relationship with your bodyโs innate cleansing rhythms!
