Journey Management Study Group - Guest speaker: Iñigo Adin Ruesta
Iñigo Adin Ruesta is our guest speaker for the online event in November.
Join us for an engaging conversation with Iñigo and fellow Journey Management enthusiasts!
Topic
From Connecting Journey Metrics to Creating Journey Intelligence
Overview
Journey data is often fragmented across teams, tools, and different types of metrics.
Iñigo will share his learnings from leading Journey Management at Kramp over the past two years:
- connecting their qualitative journey analysis to performance, operational, and experience data
- from combining ongoing metric tracking with targeted studies, and using targets and pattern recognition to identify where attention is needed
- showing Journey OS work at Kramp as a practical example, where they are exploring how to move from reporting journey performance towards real Journey Intelligence, and ultimately, action

About the guest speaker
Iñigo Adin Ruesta is a Senior Service & Experience Designer based in Amsterdam, with a passion for processes and mapping stuff. He calls it bringing order to chaos 😅.
He joined Kramp in 2024 where he has been actively developing and scaling the company’s Journey Management capability, connecting journey insights, performance data and customer experience to identify best growth opportunities and support domain teams taking better decisions.
By identifying and connecting the most relevant customer journeys, he aims to progressively make Kramp’s organisational Journey Atlas more clear and operational.
