CosmoHack1 is the largest beginner-focused hackathon in the region, hosted by SourcifyIN and powered by Unstop. We are creating a massive stage for hundreds of first-time hackers to step up, build, and launch their very first tech solutions.
While these are beginner teams, their ideas will be ambitious. To honor their hard work, we need a panel of distinguished judges to provide fair, expert evaluation and invaluable, real-world feedback.
🌟 The Role of a Judge
As a judge, you are the ultimate arbiter of innovation at this event. You will be responsible for evaluating the final projects, listening to team pitches, and using your industry expertise to score their solutions.
Your feedback is one of the most valuable takeaways for our participants, offering them a rare opportunity to present their work to a leader in the field.
We will ask you to evaluate teams based on key criteria such as:
Technical Innovation & Execution: How well was the idea built? Is the technology impressive for a beginner?
Problem & Solution: Does the project solve a clear, well-defined problem?
Design & User Experience: Is the product thoughtful, intuitive, and well-designed?
Who We're Looking For?
We are seeking a balanced panel of judges. If you have strong experience in one or more of the following areas, we encourage you to apply:
Technical Expertise: You are a developer, engineer, or technical lead who can fairly assess the technical difficulty, execution, and functionality of a project.
Product & Design Sense: You are a product manager, UI/UX designer, or strategist who can evaluate a project's problem-solution fit, user experience, and clarity of its value.
Business & Innovation Acumen: You are an entrepreneur, founder, VC, or business leader who can spot real-world potential, market viability, and a compelling pitch.
Domain-Specific Knowledge: You are an expert in a high-demand field (like AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.) and can provide specialized feedback.
Community & Hackathon Experience: You are a seasoned mentor or previous judge who understands the hackathon environment and can provide supportive, constructive criticism.
