Listening Lab 002

Welcome to the second edition of this workshop. You’ll discover what it means to listen at deeper levels — in both your personal and work life.

If you are a leader that wants to be more effective and impactful, you are in the right place.

If you are a human, wanting to have better conversations, improve your relationships and become more impactful, you are also in the right place.

Listening well is the key to improving in most aspects of work and life.

In this workshop you may experience firsthand how deep listening can transform conversations with:

  • Clearer thinking

  • Access to fresh solutions

  • Stronger connections

  • More meaningful communication

What to expect:
We’ll begin with a short introduction to the different types of listening, then quickly move into practice—because listening is something you learn by doing. Through guided exercises, you’ll become more aware of your own listening habits, notice what gets in the way, and experience why deep listening is a skill worth cultivating.

After the workshop, you may find yourself:

  • Having better, more connected conversations

  • Being a more effective and impactful leader

  • Understanding others with greater ease

  • Feeling closer to your loved ones

  • Feeling confident in finding your own answers and solutions

  • Building deeper, more authentic relationships

Why did I create this workshop?
Seven years ago, I began my own journey into the art of listening. I am still on this journey today. What I discovered along the way changed the way I show up in conversations and connect with people. This workshop is part of my mission to share that gift: to help improve the listening skills of the world, one conversation at a time. Because with better listening comes less conflict, better communication, more connection and more understanding.
