What is The Plot Twist?
The Plot Twist is an intimate peer coaching workshop for ambitious women building their next chapter. Over 3 hours, you'll join 35 women for facilitated small-group conversations designed to help you gain clarity on a specific career or life goal.
This isn't just networking. It's a guided experience where you'll work through intentional prompts, connect with women on similar journeys, and leave with concrete next steps.
Every good story has a plot twist. This is yours.

What to expect
12:30 pm – Arrival & settling in Light bites and drinks as you meet the group
1:00 pm – Welcome & framing I'll set the context for the day and introduce the format
1:15 pm – 2:45 pm – Small group conversations. You'll be pre-assigned to a table of 5-6 women. Each table has a facilitator and rotating prompts designed to help you think through your specific goal. I'll be moving between tables throughout.
2:45 pm – 3:15 pm – Action commitments & close. We'll come together as a full group. Each person will share one insight and commit to one action they're taking in the next 30 days. You'll leave with a simple action plan to take home.
3:15 pm – 3:30 pm – Mingling & goodbyes

About your host
I'm Fike, a community curator and career coach who has gone from lawyer to product manager to founder.
For the past five years, I've been building The Kumu Circle, a space for ambitious African women to find clarity and connect. In that work, I've helped people navigate career pivots, transitions, and the messy middle of figuring out what's next.
I believe that ambitious women need space to know they are not alone, and that they can figure things out with the right support and resources.
I hosted the first Plot Twist in Lagos in December 2025. It sold out in just over a week. Women left with clarity, connections, and concrete action steps. Now I'm bringing it to London.
This isn't a lecture. I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to create the space, ask the right questions, and help you figure out your next move.

What if I don't know anyone attending?
Perfect. Most people don't. You'll be pre-assigned to a small group, and the format is designed to help you connect quickly and authentically.
What if I'm not sure what my "next chapter" is?
That's exactly why you should come. The prompts are designed to help you gain clarity, not assume you already have it.
Is this just for people in career transitions?
No. It's for anyone with a specific goal they're working through: career pivot, salary negotiation, launching something new, or just figuring out what's next.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket sales are final. If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let me know.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! But you'll be assigned to different tables, so each of you gets the full experience.
