If you grew up in a house like ours, you know food was never really about the food. It was the reason everyone stayed an extra two hours, elbows on the table, someone's mom yelling from the kitchen that you haven't eaten enough. We wanted to build a morning around that same pull, just with a gong replacing the yelling. 🇱🇧🌯
Join us for a restorative morning of sound frequencies designed to help you slow down, soften and relax.
The morning will be followed by a home-cooked lebanese brunch, the kind where everyone's reaching past each other for more.
Bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow.
Dress for outside, it's still September so we're taking our chances with the weather.

Meet your hosts:
🔹Christina is a Naturopath, Bioenergetics Practitioner, Energy & Sound Healer who blends ancient wisdom with modern clinical work. Her interest in wellness began at a very young age, and she started formally studying holistic health at the age of 19. Today, she is dedicated to creating spaces that bring emotional healing to the forefront. Christina continuously creates online and in-person trauma-informed sessions blending somatics, acupressure & sound to help people regulate and release what no longer serves them.
When she's not holding group sessions, Christina facilitates 1:1 emotional alchemy sessions that blend subconscious, somatic and frequency healing to facilitate emotional healing at a root level.
🔹Vive-Anne is a Holistic Nutritionist and private chef with a background in clinical psychology and a lifelong passion for cooking. She was born and raised in Lebanon, where food and cooking have always been a big part of my life, and in 2021 she moved to Canada. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology as well as a diploma in Holistic Nutrition.
Her love for cooking started at a very young age. Over the years, she learned by observing, practicing, experimenting, and constantly challenging herself to become better.
Her goal is not simply to create a meal plan or share wellness advice, but to offer a personalized, supportive space that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle while helping you nourish your body from the inside out.
