Embody Awareness — Somatic Foundations + Body Awareness

​Explore body awareness through hip and heart openers, breath, and voice while building language for what you feel. Learn somatic foundations by identifying sensation and connecting it to your emotional experience.

All props will be provided

​Come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. We will be barefoot for this class.

​Please bring water and a journal for reflection.
