Midsummer Night's Conversations: Speeches, Toasts & Rhythm
We have a garden, a summer evening, and a very good excuse to use both. This session is about how English comes alive when it's spoken well — rhythm, pauses, presence, and the difference a well-placed silence makes. We'll look at short speeches, toasts, and the kind of delivery that makes people actually listen, then try them out together with a glass in hand.
Because some English is best learned out loud, in good company, on a warm evening.
