About the Workshop
In this session, we will explore the power of Open Space Technology as a facilitation methodology.
Drawing on more than 25 years of hands-on experience, Jutta Weimar will share key principles behind Open Space, what makes it different from other facilitation formats, and how it creates the conditions for genuine engagement, ownership, and self organization in groups.
The session is designed as a foundational exploration of the methodology and a starting point for those interested in using Open Space more intentionally in their facilitation practice.

About the Facilitator
Jutta is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF™) and the Chapter Lead of IAF Germany.
She has been facilitating for more than 25 years across a wide range of fields and contexts. Jutta is the founder of the Facilitation Academy Berlin, where she trains facilitators and leaders in the Art of Facilitation, with a strong focus on depth, presence, and practical application.
Her work is grounded in extensive experience, clarity of thought, and a deep respect for groups’ capacity to find their own solutions when the right conditions are in place.
