Inside Coaching: Building a Learning Organization Across a Multi-Brand Enterprise
Inside Coaching is a small, invitation-only fireside series for senior HR and Talent leaders who own executive coaching and leadership development inside large, complex organizations. Each session is an off-the-record conversation, no slides, no recording, with a peer doing this work inside an enterprise.
For this session, CoachSource Founder Brian Underhill sits down with Ian Kristic, Ph.D., of VF Corporation, for a candid conversation about building a learning organization across a global portfolio of iconic brands including The North Face, Vans, Timberland, JanSport and Smartwool.
At VF, leaders are being asked to coach others and remain coachable themselves: staying curious, continuing to learn, and building the agility needed to lead through constant change.
What we'll discuss
Building a true learning organization where coaching, curiosity and continuous development are expectations of leadership
Developing leaders across a multi-brand enterprise and preparing them to move successfully across brands, regions and functions
Using coaching and leadership development to build agility through change and support the company's longer-term transformation
