[BTS] Behind the Pivot: A play-by-play of finding my niche
In this BTS talk, we'll be hearing from Caroline Fay, who changed niches from executive coach to tech founders and employees --> sales coach and advisor to early-stage non-traditional founders.
In this session, she'll be sharing how she got here and some thought exercises and actionable steps that you can take if you're feeling unclear about your niche.
More on Caroline:
I've been full-time on coaching since January of 2024 -- but I've found myself working in a niche I didn't quite expect. To get there I had to:
make mistakes and learn from them
analyze who was buying from me, who wasn't buying from me, and why
reflect on what kind of work I did and didn't want to do
confront internal saboteurs and stories that were holding me back from embracing my niche
After these ups and downs, I've committed to a niche that provides fulfillment and financial stability. And I'm excited to share about my journey with all of you!
