CodeYourFuture - 10th Anniversary Celebration - London Community Picnic
Join us for a relaxed summer picnic with the CodeYourFuture London community!
Whether you're a trainee, graduate, alumnus or volunteer, we'd love you to join us for good food, great conversations, and a celebration of this community milestone.
Your partner and kids are welcome, too!
We'll also celebrate the successful completion of our May 2026 Intro to Programming cohort, to recognise the hard work, dedication, and achievements of everyone involved.
We’ll provide food and refreshments, and a celebratory cake 🎂 If you'd like to, feel free to bring something to share, such as sandwiches, snacks, fruit, cake, or a homemade dish. There is absolutely no obligation - just bring yourself if that's easier.
What to expect
🕦 11.30am – Can you help?
If you can, meet us in the office to help prepare and move things to the park.
👋 12:00 pm – Meet & Picnic Setup
We'll meet inside the park entrance on Robsart Street opposite Lidcote Gardens before heading into the park together to find the perfect spot. Please bring a picnic blanket, camping chair or entertainment for kids; anything you need for a good time.
🥪 12:30 pm – Community Lunch
We'll enjoy lunch together, catch up with old friends, meet new faces, and celebrate our amazing community.
🎂 1:30 / 2.00 pm – 10th Anniversary Celebration & Cake
Join us as we celebrate 10 years of CodeYourFuture with cake, photos, and a few words to mark this special anniversary.
If you need to leave early after the celebration, that's absolutely fine. If you have more time, why not stay and enjoy the afternoon together? There's no fixed finish time.
Please register by midnight Sunday September 6th - we need to estimate numbers and plan the day.
