​​What to Expect at the Event
​Step into an unforgettable evening of inspiration, elegance, and connection at the ISOUL Women Leadership Award Ceremony — a celebration of visionary women shaping the future of business, innovation, and leadership.
​We didn’t want a ballroom. We wanted a room with history in its walls — Conservatoire Rachmaninoff, steps from the Seine. A living conservatory, not a museum. The ceremony unfolds in the Grande Salle: red velvet, crystal chandelier, two grand pianos, and a window that frames the Eiffel Tower. Up to 120 guests — close enough to see every face when a winner’s name is called.
Guests will enjoy light drinks and curated bites, surrounded by women whose influence transcends industries and borders.
