Touch Grass #05: East Sooke Coast Trail

​An informal weekly hike with people from around Tenfold. There is no programming. We walk for a few hours and talk about whatever comes up.

​Meet here

​We meet at the Aylard Farm parking lot at the end of Becher Bay Rd, off East Sooke Rd. The drive from downtown takes about 45 minutes, so leave around 9:15 AM to make the 10:00 AM start.

​The trail follows the coast the whole way, with petroglyphs at Alldridge Point.

​Bring

​Wear decent shoes. Bring water, layers for the weather, and any snacks you want. Trails around Victoria can get muddy and slippery from October through December.

​We post weather, route, and access changes before each hike in the Tenfold community Discord. If you register and cannot make it, please update your RSVP so nobody waits for you in the parking lot.

​This is a community-organized hike. There is no guide and no outdoor program. Know your limits and look after yourself and each other.
