Weekday Canvassing (Evening)

​Come canvass with our canvassing lead, Alex, and others in the Chorus for Bores group! This is a good way to meet other folks involved in on-the-ground efforts, and more importantly, the best way to start helping elect Alex! If you've never canvassed before, Will will make sure you are well prepared before getting started.

​Here's the plan:

• ​4pm: Meet up at the canvassing location: The Starbucks at 17th St and 1st Avenue near Stuytown. Our canvassing lead, Alex, will run a brief training session, hand out canvassing materials, and assign you a specific area nearby.

• ​4pm-7pm: Canvass! If you need to turn up late or leave early, just let the canvassing organizer know.

• ​7pm-8pm: We'll head to a nearby dinner place after canvassing. Hang out, get some food, swap canvassing stories, and get to know the other people in the group :)

​About Alex: I'm really excited to be volunteering for Bores' campaign because I trust him to pass smart AI regulation and to represent his district in the capital. I think that canvassing is an amazing use of time right now because the election is looking so close. Excited to get out there!
