Jeff Wolfe is a System Engineer, photographer, and founder of Unbox Mindz, a creative studio focused on cognitive alignment design and neurodiversity-informed frameworks. With experience supporting imagery and engineering systems at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and a background in design thinking, Jeff explores how communication, environments, and systems can better support diverse ways of thinking. His work combines design thinking, neurodiversity, and human-centered systems design to help teams improve collaboration, reduce friction, and create more cognitively inclusive workplaces.
