​​During this Co-Curious group session you will be guided through somatic practices, visualisations and journalling activities. All on the theme of setting personal intentions for the new year.

​​This is not about elusive and disappointing new year's resolutions! The session will help you touch base with what's feeling resonant to underpin your actions for the year ahead.

​​Perfect to come alone, with a friend or a group of you.

​​All you need to bring is a pen/pencil and notepad.
