March free online Sound Bath with IKSRE

​Monthly, free online sound bath (60min) with Phoebe Dubar (IKSRE).

​Join one of Melbourne's best loved sound practitioners, vocalist, music producer and certified sound healer, Phoebe Dubar (aka IKSRE) for a one hour deep dive sound bath. Using gongs, Himalayan and Alchemy Crystal singing bowls, chimes, Monochord, Shruti Box, drums, hand pan and voice, every journey is unique and a very special experience for the body, mind and soul.

​Phoebe built a loyal following throughout the two years of lockdowns in Naarm/Melbourne with regular Tuesday night sound baths. She has since built a strong following around her home state and abroad. Since moving to a regional location, this is her offer to students at yoga studios who she may not be a regular face at.

​Set up a cosy corner, turn off any alarms and notifications, and use headphones or a good speaker (or you'll miss those tasty, low end frequencies if you just listen on a smartphone speaker).

​If you can't make the session in person, a zoom link will be shared with everyone who RSVPed so they can do it on demand. But please be aware that joining in person is significantly more powerful.

​These sessions will always be offered free of charge. But if you feel like supporting Phoebe or her art, consider buying some music on her Bandcamp, sharing it with a friend, or donating to a charity which supports animal welfare, indigenous causes local to you, or preservation of wild places somewhere special for you.
