I’m Stepan, founder of Recruitis, a European ATS. I’ve spent more than 20 years working with talent acquisition processes, getting a behind-the-scenes view of how hundreds of companies hire.
My role here is to ask useful questions, connect the dots, and give everyone room to contribute. I’m also curious to compare what I’ve seen across European hiring teams with your experiences in the US: where the challenges overlap, where approaches differ, and what we can learn from each other.
