Sunday Wellness Session

​We'd love you to join us for our Sunday Wellness Session at the Blackswamp Dojo 21st June.

​A morning centred around connection, community and wellness.

​The morning will begin with a yoga class with Tom Robinson at 8:20am. The class is gentle and grounding, focused on breath and movement to help you connect with your body. Beginners are very welcome 😊

​From 9:30–11:00am, the space opens up for sauna, cold plunge and connection. You're welcome to come just for this part, many people do.

​We will have Alchemy Cacao to purchase for $5 after yoga.

​As well as Terps & Co keeping us refreshed and hydrated! Filtered Kangen Water will also be available 💧

​We now have family passes available, and kids are very welcome (With adult supervision please). There will be a couple of games set up so kids can play while parents take turns to participate in Yoga, sauna, cold plunge, and then enjoy time together afterward.

​We also have passes available for those who want to enjoy sauna and cold plunge only, without attending the yoga class.

​Cost:

​$30 — Yoga + sauna + cold plunge
$20 — Sauna + cold plunge
$50 — Family pass (two adults + kids)
