Join us for an evening of movement, music + embodied expression - an intentional ecstatic dance experience held in community.
This space is created as a grounded container where people can move freely without performance. A place where you can return to the intelligence of your body + allow whatever is present within you ~ joy, grief, stillness, intensity, softness ~ to move through expression.
We believe the human experience is not one-dimensional. It is a full spectrum. This experience is designed to support you in meeting yourself exactly as you are through movement
+ music.
Water + tea will be available, though the primary medicine of the evening is the dance itself.

What to Expect
Minimal talking on the dance floor
Consent-based movement (always ask before engaging physically)
A space for free, non-performative expression
A designated rest area for grounding + integration
Barefoot movement encouraged
Light tea + water available throughout

Parking can be limited so please arrive early if driving.
A Note on Presence
This is not a drop-in/drop-out event.
We invite you to arrive for the opening circle + remain through the closing circle, as the full arc of the experience is part of the container being held.
