About the hosts:
Fanny is a Yoga teacher, free diving instructor, and Coach originally from France who chose Barcelona as her home. She loves early mornings at the beach, sunrises, movement and her dog. Her intention is to guide you to live a life with more light, freedom and joy. Move your soul is her way to make this world more peaceful, kind and present. Join our practice to get to know more about her and her work and be welcomed by her warm and compassionate nature.
