Midnight Aurora – A Well-Being Workshop on Motivation and Team Spirit
Have you ever wondered how to build a harmonious, functional, and effective team for both study and non-study projects? Through individual and group reflections on motivation, as well as real team cases, we will explore the factors that motivate and demotivate. This will help you improve your self-management in team situations by learning how to act on these factors.
The session is called Midnight Aurora as a reference to the light (aurora) that guides your actions - your motivation - even in times of uncertainty and risk (midnight).
The Event is open to all and will be held in English. No prior experience needed! We thank Sustainability Action Booster for funding this event!
