About Event

Pricing is no longer just a number on a page, it is one of the most powerful signals your brand sends.

It shapes how customers perceive value, whether they trust you, and how long they stay. Yet in many organisations, pricing is still owned by finance, optimised for the short term, and disconnected from the customer experience.

At the same time, the landscape is shifting fast. Customers are more price-aware and sceptical than ever. Pricing missteps are going viral. Backlash hits hard and regulators are paying closer attention. And new models, from dynamic pricing to personalised offers, have made execution more technically feasible, but are raising fresh questions about transparency, fairness and trust.

So where should pricing really sit? And how do you use it to build long-term value, not just short-term revenue?

To help us unpack these challenges, we’ll be joined by a brilliant group of leaders with firsthand experience steering major brands through this changing landscape:

  • Ben Fox: ex-CMO at McDonald’s

  • Ines Llerena del Blanco: VP & Pricing Strategist at SignalFlare.ai

  • Alex Naylor: CMO at Chill

Together, we’ll cover everything from who should really own pricing, to how far you can push AI-driven models before trust starts to break.
