Meet the Guest Speaker
Cecile Bastien Remy is an international keynote speaker, resilience expert, and executive coach who helps leaders perform with clarity and confidence under pressure.
At the age of 21, she survived a life-changing car accident that left her 45% disabled and permanently changed her appearance. Rather than simply “bouncing back,” she developed a powerful understanding of resilience, mental strength, and performance in high-pressure environments — experiences that now shape her work with leaders and organizations around the world.
A TEDx Speaker and recipient of the Best Speaker Switzerland award in 2015 and 2018, she is also a PQ Coach and Insights Discovery Practitioner, delivering impactful sessions in both English and French.
Through her signature keynote, Performance via Resilience, she equips leaders with tools to navigate adversity, communicate with authority, and lead effectively when the stakes are high.
