​Join us as we chat with Pamela O'Leary about helping to prevent burnout in high achievers.

​Pamela O'Leary is the Global Executive Coach Cadre Manager at ZRG Bravanti. Pamela O'Leary is an executive coach (PCC) with expertise in leadership development. She currently facilitates a Women in Management (WIM) group at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her private sector experience spans working at the management consulting firm Korn Ferry, tech companies such as Palo Alto Networks and Ericsson, and the startup Jopwell. She identifies as a recovering insecure overachiever and loves working with high-performing leaders to have a healthy relationship to ambition.
