Join Soho House Hong Kong and GOLDEN GIP in the House’s iconic Pool Room for a six-course sharing menu made for passing around, talking over, and staying late for.
For one night only, our Executive Chef Krzysztof Czerwinski teams up with GOLDEN GIP’s Chef-Founder Shun Sato and Head Chef Nigel Kim to co-create the menu — three dishes from Krzysztof, and three from Shun and Nigel together.
Expect bold Asian cooking with a Korean twist, from foie gras chawanmushi and beef short rib pierogies to drunken crab and mixed seafood dashi rice. Everything lands in the middle of the table to share, with cocktails built around the menu and a DJ playing through dinner and long after the plates are cleared.
