We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Info Session on August 6 at noon, hosted in collaboration with the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic (OVC). This session will guide you through the application process and highlight the invaluable corporate and financial legal services available for early to mid-stage entrepreneurial ventures with dedicated full-time founders.
About the Program: The OVC offers free legal services to entrepreneurial ventures that are in the financing or post-revenue stages of growth. A dedicated team of Osgoode Hall students, supervised by experienced lawyers from Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, is ready to assist with a variety of corporate finance needs.
