Postpartum life can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Join Tryumph Speech Therapy and Mad Hippie for Baby’s First Friendsgiving—a cozy, unhurried fall morning curated specifically for Austin moms and their pre-crawling infants.
Come as you are (messy buns, comfy athleisure, and limited sleep warmly welcomed), connect with local parents, and enjoy an expert-led morning designed for both you and your baby!

📚Infant Communication & Play Tips: Gather round with your little one for a sweet Thanksgiving storytime and mini-session focused on early connection! Katrina Balangue, MS, CCC-SLP—pediatric speech-language pathologist and founder of Tryumph Speech Therapy—voted Best in Birth 2026 for Speech Therapy by our local Austin community—will share simple, science-backed ways to tune into your baby's pre-verbal cues. Learn how everyday interactions, gaze, and babbling build the foundation for communication long before your baby speaks their first word.
Because postpartum life and infant moods are unpredictable, this mini-session is kept intentionally short, flexible, and completely baby-led—feel free to soothe, feed, or step aside whenever your baby needs! 🧡

👶 WHO: Postpartum mothers with their pre-crawling babies (0–6 months old); Parent must be present the entire time.
📍 WHERE: Mad Hippie Flagship Store (700 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704)
Circle & storytime outdoors in the private courtyard (weather permitting); Mini Skin School & shopping inside the sunlit store.
🗓️ WHEN: Friday, November 20th @ 10:00 AM (Doors open at 9:45 AM)
Class will start promptly at 10:00 AM. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.
