​Hi, I’m Kay! 🤍 I’ve been teaching movement classes since 2020 and became a certified yoga instructor in 2024. I’m passionate about helping others build strength, improve mobility, and find balance through intentional movement. I love leading Pilates-inspired workouts that leave you feeling energized, empowered, and connected to your body. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can move, recharge, and enjoy the journey toward wellness.

​Samirah Wellness - @samirahwellness

​Samirah is a sound bath facilitator devoted to creating intentional spaces for rest, connection, and renewal. Her musical background allows her to explore the transformative qualities of sound, while her studies in psychology provide insight into the relationship between the mind, body, and emotional well-being. Rooted in holistic wellness, her practice invites moments of presence, reflection, and harmony.
