VERTEX: a movement practice by Star Mitchell

​VERTEX is a somatic movement workshop designed to reconnect dancers, vocalists & DJs through a shared, embodied groove.

​rooted in house & contemporary / modern forms, this workshop explores the subtle dialogue between music & movement: how rhythm becomes sensation, how the floor becomes collaborator & how the body listens, remembers & responds.

​each session blends improvisation, somatic practice, & rhythmic exploration.
