The 2026 South Florida Winter Buying Season is officially open.
To kick things off, we are waiving the "Members Only" rule for the January MeetUp of the Miami Condo Investing Club™.
Join us on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, to network, pitch your services and talk real numbers with active investors and real estate professionals.
We will be gathering at the outside tables of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings located at 2626 Ponce De Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables.
There is no cover charge, a cash bar and happy hour pricing on food and drinks.
