About Event

We welcome you all back to the office for a week focused on working with angels and Proofs Of Concept with partners. We will also be hosting fundraising workshops with alumni startups that have successfully raised money in the past.

Agenda:

Day ONE Tuesday September 1st:

Tuesday kicks off Halftime with a optional one-on-one Office Hours with Service Partners, giving startups dedicated time for focused, personalised discussions. After an introduction to the Vaud Ecosystem and lunch, the afternoon picks up with a session on Working with Angels and Family Offices, followed by one of the week's highlights: Master Mentors, where 10 of the top mentors each run three back-to-back 30-minute discussions. The day closes with our second Mentor Matching event from 6 to 8pm.

  • 9am - 11am Office hours with Service Partners (One on One discussions)

  • 11am - 12pm Vaud Ecosystem introduction

  • 12pm - 1pm Lunch

  • 1pm - 2.30pm Working with Angels & Family Offices

  • 2.30pm - 3pm Break

  • 3pm - 5.30pm Master Mentors (10 of the top mentors, each to run three back-to-back 30 minutes discussions)

  • 5.30pm - 6pm Break

  • 6pm - 8pm Mentor Matching


Day TWO Wednesday September 2nd:

Our Halftime event is all about turning connections into collaboration. Startups and corporate partners come together to explore what it really takes to build successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs) - from structure and timing to legal and operational readiness.

Corporates and startups will share insights, practical tips, and engage in focused networking to help both sides prepare for impactful partnerships.

Day TWO Wednesday September 2nd - Discussion with HealthTech corporates in the afternoon:

After lunch, the HealthTech track shifts gear with a quick intro and corporate introductions, followed by one-minute startup pitches and a lively panel discussion with Q&A. All startups then reunite for the apero and networking from 5 to 8pm.

Day THREE Thursday September 3rd:

Starting at 9am with Breakfast Pitch Club, Thursday offers a rich mix of expertise and peer learning. The morning runs two sessions, a Reuteler IP Masterclass and EIRs Office Hours. After lunch, the afternoon opens with a deep-dive on Working with Investors, before closing on a collaborative note with Founders Help Founders. The day then ends on a high with the Startup Party Night, the perfect way to wind down together.

Day FOUR Friday September 4th:

Friday brings Halftime to a memorable close, starting at 9am with Breakfast Pitch Club. The morning moves into an explanation of Pre-Final Judging, followed by inspiring "Walk a Mile in My Shoes" workshops from MC Alumni. After lunch, Raphael Cohen shares his top-scoring lecture on the best kept secret to avoid running out of money, before the excitement builds to a peak with the Final of the One Minute Pitch Challenge where you can win CHF 1'000. The apero kicks off at 4pm, bringing everyone together to celebrate the end of a packed and energising week.
