A big part of her work is rooted in 1-1 and group coaching.
Charleen Parkes is a senior brand builder and DEI advocate, dedicated to helping businesses make inclusivity a core part of their culture. She is the Founder of Heard, a DEI consultancy focused on empowering people and businesses through inclusive strategies, and Founder of Travel & Lust, a boutique travel platform spotlighting culturally immersive experiences.
Oana Iordachescu is a DEI strategist and founder of Fair Cultures, where she curates and directs Fair – the Annual Workplace Inclusion Conference. With 15+ years of experience at global tech companies like Facebook and Booking.com, she is a recognized leader in workplace equity and inclusion.
Simone Vargas is a DEI Project Manager and educator, passionate about human behaviour, social impact, and meaningful connections. She focuses on understanding systemic social structures, especially in the workplace, and advocates for DEI as a matter of social justice. At Shiftbalance, she rethinks processes and develops innovative strategies to integrate DEI within organizations.
