About Event

This panel explores alternative and spiritually rooted practices that support healing, resilience, and self-awareness in real life. From meditation, energy work, intuitive and body-based practices to grief, support coaching and expanded states of awareness, the conversation focuses on how these modalities help women cope with stress, grow, navigate change and live with greater clarity and intention.
