Get ready to shake up your approach to problem-solving at this L&D Shakers session with Becki and Jess, the Co-Founders of Wonderful Brilliant, for an immersive introduction to Action Learning Sets.
What to Expect:
➡️An interactive and practical session…where you’ll get to stretch your listening and questioning skills, whilst hearing real-time challenges from fellow L&D/People Professionals.
➡️Tackle challenges head on: Bring a challenge you're currently navigating. Group members will ask you questions that help uncover fresh perspectives and insights, and together, you’ll outline next steps.
➡️Opportunity to network: Whilst we may not solve every challenge, there'll be lots of time to network and seek advice from a diverse group of professionals post the workshop.
About Becki and Jess:
Becki and Jess bring their expertise as qualified and ICF accredited coaches, and 20+ years combined experience in L&D and People teams. As the founders of Wonderful Brilliant, they're on a mission to shift the dial towards a more human approach to life and work. ✨This meetup is taking place in a beautiful venue in Knightsbridge, where we will be providing drinks and light snacks. We will be starting at 6pm so please arrive 5-10mins earlier.
Registration is compulsory as we will need to register each individual's name in the system in order for you to be able to enter the building.
