​Speakers:

​Ben Bartlett, Vice Mayor of Berkeley, a pioneer at the forefront of integrating blockchain technology into municipal governance. Ben has led groundbreaking initiatives in Berkeley, introducing cryptocurrency municipal bonds and exploring the use of crypto in healthcare, demonstrating a visionary approach to public policy. Appointed by the Governor to the California blockchain advisory group, his expertise extends beyond governance into the realms of entrepreneurship, strategy, and law within the web3 space.

​Rachel Rose is one of the driving minds behind UETH (De University of Ethereum) and Opolis. At UETH, she has been instrumental in coordinating partnerships and curating workshops as the Lead & Host, fostering a vibrant learning environment for blockchain enthusiasts. She is also very involved in the DAO space, especially with Opolis. She is an expert in ecosystem growth and improving the ecosystem for freelancers in the web3 world.
