The Real Life Reset
The Real Life Reset
The tools to keep you regulated IRL, not just in yoga class
You do the yoga, the Pilates, the breathwork. You feel calm for an hour, and then the difficult email lands, the investor call starts, or the conversation at home gets tense, and it's gone.
This experiential evening workshop for women founders and entrepreneurs explains why calm doesn't carry over into real life (it's physiology, not personal failure) and teaches you to regulate in the moments that matter. You won't just listen to a talk. You'll practise the tools live, on your own real scenarios.
What we'll cover:
Why class-calm doesn't survive real life
A guided practice to feel a real shift in your nervous system within the first 40 minutes
The "window of tolerance" and your personal stress signature
How sleep, hormones, gut health and your cycle shape your daily stress capacity
Live rehearsal of in-the-moment tools against your own trigger moments
A repair protocol for when things still go wrong
You'll leave with your personal stress-signature map, tools you've practised, and a plan for the moment in your week that tests you most.
Facilitated by Ananya Rao-Middleton: Cambridge-trained anthropologist, Root Cause Health Strategist, Churchill Fellow, and co-founder of a health tech company. She works where nervous system science, women's health and building a business meet.
