Your Leadership Snapshot, Debriefed

​Most leadership sessions spend the first half getting people to open up. This one does not have to, because that part already happened.

​Before we meet, you complete your Leadership Snapshot. Three words that describe how you lead. Three moments that actually shaped you. It takes about ten minutes and it is free for Chamber members.

​Then you walk into the session already holding your own material. No framework to learn. No type to be assigned. We spend the whole session on what your words and your moments have been telling you, and on one hard leadership moment coming at you in the next thirty days.
