Tax Matters CSP Owners Should Not Miss in 2026
About the session
Corporate Service Providers regularly encounter client structures and activities where the tax treatment depends on details that should not be assumed.
CSPN is convening a practical, operator-focused panel for CSP owners and senior practitioners to examine selected 2026 tax developments and the situations in which specialist tax input becomes important.
The afternoon is designed to move beyond a generic tax update. The discussion will connect technical developments to situations CSP firms encounter when supporting family offices, investment structures, Investment Holding Companies and property-rental activities.
What we will explore
Selected 2026 tax developments relevant to CSP operators.
Family-office structures, including 13O and 13U, and Variable Capital Companies.
Classification and substance questions affecting Investment Holding Companies.
Property-rental activity and why the facts and documentation matter.
Understand the latest GST and InvoiceNow requirements, key implementation timelines, and what CSPs need to prepare for the transition to mandatory e-invoicing.
Questions and perspectives from fellow practitioners.
