​Relaunching our 'Behind The Scenes (BTS) Authentic Business Talk series' this month with our very own Connie Liu.

BTS biz talks are for one member to share a very real, biz building hot take with the community, to share the stories and details behind people’s different biz building practices, and to inspire other coaches and spark new ideas/discussion!

Our objective is that community members get a sense of how other Coaches are running their business Coaches get a chance to own their POV in service of the community🙌

Connie's hot take 🔥:

​ The business building is easier and the coaching is better with long term engagements. For the last 3 years I’ve been leading with every prospective client that we will be working together long term. Instead of selling 6-month packages, I pitch our work together as me being their long term confidante who will learn all their patterns and be the first person they call when they’re struggling with something big. That’s led me to work with some clients for 2+ years — it’s the type of engagement I have with my coach and what attracted me to coaching to begin with. Would love for this to be an interactive session with lots of questions and pushback to my thinking!
