​Launch Lab 2027 is where students turn their ideas into presentations, strengthen their confidence, and take their first steps as innovators and leaders. As a facilitator, you'll help create an encouraging environment where students feel supported as they refine their ideas, present to a panel, and grow through constructive feedback.

​Join Youth Champions for a day of creativity, collaboration, and inspiration as students showcase what's possible when they're given the opportunity to think big.

​What You'll Experience

• ​Support students as they prepare and present their business or project ideas

• ​Encourage confidence, teamwork, and active participation

• ​Help facilitate discussions and guide students throughout the event

• ​Support students as they receive and reflect on feedback from panelists

• ​Celebrate students as they develop valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

​Additional event details—including the event schedule, facilitator assignments, arrival instructions, parking information, and other logistics—will be shared with registered facilitators as the event approaches.
