ATX: Equinox Gathering with Wellness Rituals by Ulu Wellness
The fall equinox is a threshold; equal day and night, a pause before the descent into winter. It invites us to release what we’ve carried, turn inward with gratitude, and restore balance in body and spirit.
Mysha and ULU Wellness invite you to a Fall Equinox Gathering with your Mysha Austin pod to honor the seasonal shift with practices that support cleansing, recalibration, and renewal.
We’ll begin outside, next door at Dish Society, circling together in connection before walking over to Ulu Wellness as a group.
*Light bites, coffee, and matcha will also be available for those who’d like to nourish a little more.
What to expect:
✨ Facilitated connection over light bites and bevvies with your ATX Mysha community, led by Erica Galia (because presence is the best luxury)
✨Choose your own wellness ritual:
Sauna + Cold Plunge — a ritual of fire and water to cleanse, invigorate circulation, and teach the body the wisdom of contrast, just as light and dark meet in balance this season.
IV Therapy — deep cellular nourishment, replenishing depleted stores and supporting immunity as we move into colder months.
Red Light Therapy — a gentle dose of light to restore energy, ease inflammation, and align us with the life-force we carry through the darker half of the year.
Wellness services sign-up:
**Attendees should use this Google sheet to sign up for your services during the event. If you plan to receive an IV or vitamin shot, a quick 5-minute tele-med session is required prior to the service. Ulu Wellness will text/email the link a day or so before the event.
Come gather with the Mysha community, lay down what no longer serves you, and welcome the season’s invitation to slow, soften, and replenish.
