A Two-Part Experiential Workshop for Women Leaders in Stockholm

· 16–17 June 2026 · 17:00–20:00 · Limited Spots

You had the right idea. The right answer. The right words, and still, the room moved on without you.

That's not a talent gap. That's a communication gap. And unlike talent, communication is a skill, which means it can be practiced.

What this is

Own Your Voice is a two-part, theatre-based experiential workshop designed not just to inform you, but to change you.

No slides. No frameworks with a "good luck." You'll be placed in real, recognisable scenarios: the meeting where your idea gets talked over, the moment you need to push back, the ask you still couldn't make. You'll work through them live. You'll try. Feel it. Try again — differently this time.

By the end of two evenings, you won't just understand assertive communication. You'll have lived it. In a room full of women who were rooting for you.

What you'll practice

- Saying what you mean without softening until the point disappears
 - Giving feedback that lands, not apologies dressed as feedback
 - Holding your ground when the room pushes back
-Asking for what you deserve and meaning it
 - Communicating with clarity in the moments that shape your career

Why it works

The change happens during the session, not after, when the insight has faded. Theatre-based experiential learning builds muscle memory, not just awareness. You don't leave with notes. You leave different.

Your Facilitator

Krittika is the founder of Hocus Focus - a theatre facilitator and organisational learning designer with 12+ years of experience across India, Singapore, London, and Stockholm. Her work combines theatre-based methods, adult learning principles, and trauma-informed facilitation to create the safety where real change becomes possible. She has previously partnered with organisations including Meta, Goldsmiths University of London, and Rotary International.
