Participants and vendors play a pivotal role in the success of East Side Day. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, the following terms and conditions apply:
The undersigned participant/vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the East Side Neighborhood Revitalization Zone, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the East Side Day Parade & Festival.
Participants/vendors acknowledge that they are responsible for their own property, equipment, products, employees, and personal safety during the event.
