Intro to Shoe Repair

​Got broken shoes or shoes that need some mending? Learn the basics of shoe repair to keep your favorite pair on your feet! This is a short course on at-home repair techniques.

​What You'll Learn

​The class goes over how to clean leather and suede, touch up paint, sew using an easy-stitch awl, and use contact adhesive like Barge Cement.

​Class Outcomes

​You will take home basic techniques to repair your shoes on your own.

​What to Bring

​Bring a note book for note taking/sketching. You can bring in your shoes that need repair only for consultation and advice.

​Please Note: The instructor will NOT be repairing anyones shoes during class. This is an opportunity for you to learn techniques to repair your shoes on your own.
