Solutions & Sales: Speed Mentoring

​At 2nd Connections, we're all about helping you build meaningful connections.

​For this event, we're mixing it up with speed mentoring!

​It's a chance to:

• ​Give back by sharing your experience and encouraging someone earlier in their career.

• ​Get guidance from experienced pros who've been where you are.

​All in one evening, through real, 1-on-1 conversations.

​Here's how it works

​We'll kick things off together, then head into breakout rooms for three rounds:

• ​Mentor: Mentee (Pairing 1)

• ​Mentor: Mentee (Pairing 2)

• ​Peer : Peer (Debrief)

​Then we'll come back together to share a few takeaways and wrap up!

​Want to join as a mentor?

• ​You're a Sales or Solutions leader or individual contributor with 3+ years of experience

• ​Enjoy giving back and helping others grow in their careers.

​Want to join as a mentee?

• ​1 to 2 years of experience in Sales or Solutions in Tech

• ​OR are actively pivoting into either function
